Methods of payment:
* Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
and Discover Card.
* Cash (if will call)
* Purchase Order
* We do not accept COD orders.
Open accounts are established for those customers making
repeated purchase only. Accounts receive terms of net
30 days from date of purchase/shipment. If your credit
is not established, please supply a minimum of three
current references with complete address and phone numbers.
Also include the name and phone number of your commercial
bank, as well as your account number. Please allow two
weeks for credit clearance.
Opening an account takes time and expense and creates
a delay in the ordering process. Therefore we ask that
purchasers making a ONE TIME purchase, with no intention
of buying repeatedly, do NOT ask for an open account.
Credit is extended solely for the purpose of convenience
to our customers and is not to be construed as “Extended
Credit” or Financing.” When an account is
past due it automatically reverts to a CASH ACCOUNT.
A 1½% SERVICE CHARGE will be made each month
on all past due accounts. Should legal action be necessary
to effect collection of this account, the debtor agrees
to pay all court cost, collection agency and attorney
fees incurred by such action.
The prices quoted are FOB our Whittier, California USA
warehouse. Prices shown are your net cost. All prices
are subject to change with out notice.
There is a $100.00 minimum for orders to be shipped.
Shipped orders under $100.00 require a $10.00 handling
Bamboo Poles may NOT be returned. Other items returned
UNOPENED and UNUSED may be returned in a 10 business
day time period with receipt. A 20% restocking charge
will be deducted from any refund. Opened or used items
will NOT be accepted for return.
All dimensions shown are approximate. Colors may vary.
* If your purchase must be shipped by truck, please
specify your preferred carrier. If no carrier is specified
we will choose the best and fastest Common Carrier.
Truck shipments are always shipped FREIGHT COLLECT.
* Smaller items are shipped via UPS. Please provide
your UPS account number. If you do not have a UPS account,
10% of the shipping charge will be added. Only UPS shipments
are shipped prepaid.
* WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR COMMON CARRIER
DELAYS IN DELIVERY.
All merchandise is packed for safety in transit. Claims
for lost or damaged goods are the consignee’s
responsibility. You should make a settle with the carrier
